We are pleased to welcome Dr. Seth Ganz to the surgery department at Fox Valley Animal Referral Center. Dr. Ganz joined the team at FVARC in August 2007 and will complete his training in July 2010.

Dr. Ganz's research interests have included lower respiratory tract trauma, urinary tract disease, and complications of total hip arthroplasty. Away from the clinic, Dr. Ganz enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking and running. During his internship in California, he became an avid surfer. True to form, he still drives a VW Microbus. Since moving to Wisconsin, he has dabbled in disc golf, playing the drums and road cycling, and recently barely completed the Green Bay duathlon. He can often be found spending time with his girlfriend Sara and dog Winter. Other interests include crocheting and checking out sports cars. Future goals (for now) include taking boxing lessons and opening up a potato pancake café.

Dr. Ganz is passionate about small animal surgery and is excited to be receiving his training with the staff at FVARC. He looks forward to developing his surgical knowledge and skills to benefit the lives of his patients and their human companions, and wants to thank all of the doctors who he has had an opportunity to work with so far.
